Premised on the philosophy that schools, parents, youth and community must work together to create media literate children, our programs build an understanding of the role media plays in today’s society. Our staff teaches youth about multi-media communication through action and motion; helping them reinforce a variety of 21st century skills including: critical thinking, interpersonal communication, collaboration, media production and group decision-making. Our programs outcomes are to build culturally competent peer relationships and media literate youth that will be proficient communicators throughout their lives.
