Premised on the philosophy that schools, parents, youth and community must work together to create media literate children, our programs build an understanding of the role media plays in today’s society. Our staff teaches youth about multi-media communication through action and motion; helping them reinforce a variety of skills including: critical thinking, interpersonal communication, collaboration, media production and group decision-making. Our most predominant outcome is to build culturally competent peer relationships and media literate youth that will empower future leaders.
